A design sketch of the 2017 Mercedes Benz C Class Convertible has been released prior to its world premiere at this year’s Geneva Motor Show in March. The sketch reveals that the drop-top has a distinct resemblance to its sister, the all new 2017 C Class Coupe.
The 2017 Mercedes Benz C Class Convertible is expected to arrive at Mercedes-Benz dealerships by the third quarter of this year. The four-seater features an automatic folding soft-top. The German Automaker has yet to reveal further details on pricing and technical specifications.
The engine line-up for the new convertible will probably follow the C Class Coupe as well, which is available with 2.0 litre turbocharged 4-cylinder (241 hp) and AMG-badged 4.0 litre V8 (503 hp). A mid-level powertrain may be offered with a 3.0 litre V6 (362 hp).
