The second-gen 2017 Kia Cadenza has finally hit the American soil at the New York Auto Show with expected deliveries in the fall of this year.

Inspired by Hyundai Azera, the 2017 Kia Cadenza features 3.3L V6 engine mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission this time for enhanced fuel economy. Though the automaker has not revealed the ratings but we are expecting it to touch 30mpg, which would be a huge improvement. Please note that the outgoing model extends 9-mile-per-gallon city and 28-mpg highway fuel rating.

Kia worked on the exterior, enhanced the platform and introduced a new transmission, other than that it’s the same old Cadenza which couldn’t meet expectations since its release in 2013. The sales have been declining and we do not see a big improvement that convinces us that it’ll be a big hit upon its release. Let’s wait and see!
