The new 10th generation 2018 Honda Accord is here packing some impressive changes which make it stand out among other sedans in the market.

Talking about the body, the 2018 Honda Accord follows a “Man Maximum-Machine Minimum (MM)” design philosophy which reduces the overall exterior dimension of the sedan while improving its interior space. The wheelbase has been increased by 55 mm, the overall height is reduced by 15 mm, while the overall body width has been extended by 10 mm as well. The length of the sedan has been shortened by 15 mm.

The front fascia comprises of Honda chrome wing grille along with 9-lamp full-LED headlights and LED fog lights. The sculpted body and updated hood further add to the overall sporty look of the 2018 Honda Accord.

On the inside, the new Accord boasts a larger legroom as well as trunk space. Honda Sensing Technology which includes safety features such as Collision Mitigation Braking System™ (CMBS™) encompassing Pedestrian Detection, Lane Keeping Assist System (LKAS), Road Departure Mitigation (RDM) and more, has been made standard on EX-L and 2.0T trim levels. The 8-inch display audio system (for EX and above trim levels) and 6-inch heads-up display (for 2.0T trim) have also been added.

Powering the 2018 Honda Accord is a 198-horsepower 1.5-liter direct-injected VTEC turbo engine with dual Variable Timing Control (dual VTC). However, customers can also opt for a 247-horsepower 2.0-liter unit mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission.
