The new 2018 Hyundai Azera has been revealed by the South Korean automaker. It will go on sale in Korea next month.

The 2018 Hyundai Azera, also known as Hyundai Grandeur, boasts a redesigned exterior with a new ‘cascading’ grille, which is also present in the recently introduced ‘Hyundai i30 Hatchback’. The rear has been revised too with enhanced tail lights.

On the inside, the 2018 Azera extends an opulent cabin with dual-tone, stitched leather upholstery. The interior also features advanced technologies including the Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration.

The automaker has not revealed the powertrain specifications, but we expect the 2018 Azera to carry a V6 engine producing up to 293 horsepower, similar to the mill found in the outgoing Azera. The engine will be paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission system. It will share its platform with the recently launched KIA Cadenza.

The launch details for U.S.A, UAE and European markets have not been announced yet. In the international markets, the 2018 Hyundai Azera will compete with the likes of Ford Taurus, Chevrolet Impala, Buick LaCrosse, Toyota Avalon and Nissan Maxima.

The pricing details have not been announced yet either.
