Audi has revealed the sporty version of the Q5 to compete against the Mercedes GLC and BMW X3 coupe models. The cheeky and striking 2021 Audi Q5 Sportback comes with a svelte roofline and updated front-end with new intakes and sharper headlights. Another exciting feature is the new OLED taillights, which you can alter in four varied patterns.

The 2021 Audi Q5 Sportback will not be available with plug-in hybrid powertrain. Therefore, the Normal and S variants will have two different combustion engines. The base model will house a mild-hybrid turbocharged 2.0L four-cylinder generating 261 horsepower (195 Kilowatts) and 273 pound-feet (370 Newton-meters). On the other hand, the SQ5 gets a 3.0L V6 pumping out 349 hp and 369 lb-ft (260 kW and 500 Nm).

There are multiple suspension choices comprising standard steel and adjustable. The most exciting among these is updated air suspension allowing you to raise and lower the vehicle up to 2.4 inches.

Get inside and the new Sportback welcomes you with a renovated cabin featuring a new 10.1-inch touchscreen and Audi’s optional Virtual Cockpit digital instrument cluster as well as standard wireless Apple Carplay. There will be a good room in the back seats, according to the company.

The 2021 Audi Q5 Sportback will hit the dealership in 2021. The pricing details are not revealed yet but they will definitely be higher than the entry-level Q5’s AED 210,360.
