2021 Toyota RAV4 Prime is the Most Expensive RAV4 Ever

Toyota introduced the RAV4 Prime, a plug-in hybrid version of the famous crossover, at the 2019 LA Auto Show and impressed us by the enormous power it can generate. The 302 combined horsepower and 0 to 96 km/h in just 5.8 seconds are phenomenal figures for the electrified RAV4. To keep things interesting, the automaker now has disclosed the price of the 2021 Toyota RAV4 Prime. The hot crossover sports a $38,100 price tag without destination, making it the most expensive RAV4 every produced by Toyota.

In a press release, the automaker gave pricing for the SE and XSE along with details of option packages. The SE comes standard with heated front seats with a power driver seat, an eight-inch touchscreen, blind-spot monitoring, cross-traffic alert, and a power back door. The Weather & Moonroof Package costs $1,665 and includes heat for the steering wheel and outboard rear seats, a large moonroof, and some convenience facilities.

Dish out $41,425 for the XSE to have a nine-inch touchscreen, moonroof, 19-inch wheels, two-tone exterior finish, and more. Toyota is giving buyers three option packages for this trim level. The all-inclusive Weather with Audio and Premium Package is most pricey at $5,760. It comes with heated and ventilated seats, JBL audio, a head-up display, a number of driver-assist features, and so on.

The 2021 Toyota RAV4 Prime in the most expensive flavor could fetch $47,185 (without destination fee). The previous priciest version of RAV4 was Limited Hybrid.
