Since the production of the first Volvo in Gothenburg in 1927, Volvo has made a name for itself in innovative automotive technology and car safety. The Volvo XC90 is the latest offering from the automotive pioneer and the luxury SUV leaves little to be desired in terms of style, power and value for money.
The XC90 features an in-line 4 cylinder turbo engine with a maximum power output of 320 hp and is capable of accelerating from 0-100 km/hr in 6.5 seconds. With the fuel consumption at 7.7 L/100 km, the luxury SUV combines power with fuel efficiency rendering lower CO2 emissions.
The interior features the Sensus Infotainment system with a touchscreen display and the Volvo City Safety technologies (pedestrian detection, automatic emergency braking, collision avoidance etc.). A Pilot Assist system can control vehicle speed and direction at speeds up to 40 km/h.
